During our 2-week journey I will support you through the entire execution of the custom sleep plan, we talk almost daily during the first week and you receive support via email in the second week as your child navigates this new, essential skill.
It is so important to me that we build confidence in your parenting ability and help you learn the skills to better understand your child and their needs. I will wrap you in love as I guide your entire family to GREAT sleep!
What’s Included in our
Online Baby Sleep Training Program
- Initial Questionnaire
This helps us learn about your baby and their current sleep routines and health. Please have this completed before your consultation
- A Private 1.5-hour Virtual Consultation
Via Skype/FaceTime/Google Hangouts or Zoom, we review your current family routines and your child’s sleep difficulties and determine your sleep goals. I will walk you through your custom sleep plan step-by-step, with time to address your concerns or questions
- Custom Sleep Plan and Support Material
- 4 x 20-30 Minute Phone Calls
During the first week, these calls are our opportunity to troubleshoot any challenges and celebrate successes as I coach you on how to get to GREAT sleep
- 1 Week of Unlimited Email Support
During week two, these emails allow you to update me on your progress, ask any questions that have come up, and ensure we are keeping you on track to GREAT sleep
- What’s Next Guide
This comprehensive guide sets you up for future success; I will walk you through everything from nap transitions to teething, sickness and travel tips.
