What does sleep training really look like?
We spend around 2 weeks together working through your sleep challenges. Nighttimes are usually resolved within 3-4 nights however nap length is one of the harder things to establish, we will talking lots about this during our time together.
We ask that you commit to being home for a couple of days, but don’t worry, you won’t be housebound for long, we work on getting out and about during our time together too!
