What does sleep training for a toddler really look like?
Teaching children to love their sleep space and listen to their body’s needs for sleep and rest can be complex. For this reason, we do not create timelines for success with toddlers, for some children it can turn around in as little as a week, for others it could be a month. Our support gets you through the other side no matter the duration it takes, we are with you till it’s over.
We use motivation, role play, consequence and attachment-focused strategies to remove the bedtime battles and get your toddler sleeping peacefully in their bed all night long.
